***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.***

 

1)  10 slots available - first come, first serve. THROUGH THIS FORM ONLY.

 

2) Please provide your country so I can calculate shipping & handling charges. 

 

3) Two (2) slots available per person. Two styles to choose from:

 

~9"x 12" Character portrait/bust - full color page ($150 + S&H) 

~6"x 9" Character bust - hand cut with 9" x 12" matte included ($150 + S&H)

 

4) Once I recieve your form letter (filled out below), I will email a confirmation and any questions I might have. Payments can be made online via an Etsy link I will send you once drawing is complete.)

 

5) ***I will make payment arrangements if needed. I can split into two payments.  Once drawing is complete I will mail out as soon as last payment is received.
